Experience the ultimate relaxation with our Natural Sleep Well Essential oil. Infused with a luxurious blend of Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Cedarwood, and Lemon Verbena essential oils, each oil helps with different properties.
Lavender - Promotes relaxation, reduces anxiety and depression.
Ylang Ylang - Has natural soothing, sedative properties which help to fall asleep easily.
Lemon Verbena - Helps to relieve stress and tension.
Cedarwood - Has sedative properties create feelings of safety and comfort.
Uses:
Aromatherapy: Combine 5-7 drops of the oil with water and add to an oil burner. Alternatively, place 5-7 drops in a diffuser.
Massage: Dilute 5 drops to 10ml of carrier oil and massage into skin.
Bath: Add 6-8 drops to warm bathwater.
