Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately any claims made after this time wont be valid for refund or exchange. Please include your full name and order number in your email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item is damaged you may need to provide photographic evidence. We will look at the severity of the damage before making a decision. If we feel the item is still usable then we will not exchange. If you would like to return a damaged item then we are happy to accept it. Please note postage costs must be covered by yourself and you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We do not take responsibility for any parcel to go missing.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We hope you understand and accept our policies. As a small business proof is needed to verify any claims and to protect ourselves. Of course we are happy to help resolve any genuine claims.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Disliked Item
If you simply dislike the fragrance then please make sure you do not open or use the product so that an exchange or refund can be provided. We are unable to refund or exchange opened products. Please note postage costs must be covered by yourself and you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
