Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK bank holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time when this happens. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.
